The wand alone will be useless unless a gemstone is set on it. Use any crafting grid to combine a wand with a gemstone. If it was already bound, you will get back the old one, charge included.

Their color indicates their primary element. The primary element depends on the location where it grew. Breaking it can drop essence orbs.
