Elements: Nexus 1.0.1

So this started because I got tired of running two or three mods just to get ranks, a decent tab list and basic essentials working together on my server, and half the options in their configs either didn't do anything or hadn't been touched in ages. So I made my own. It's been running on my own server for a while now and it's held up, so I figured it's time to put it out there.

Nexus is a server-side, all-in-one essentials mod that handles ranks, the tab list, chat, homes, kits, moderation and a Discord bridge.

What's in it

• Ranks and permissions (works as the NeoForge permission handler, so other mods can see your ranks)
• Tab list with rank tags, nametags, sorting and an AFK marker
• A side panel with name, rank, balance and claim location (OPAC / FTB Chunks)
• Chat formatting, filter, mentions, /msg, /r, /ignore, staff chat and social spy
• Homes (with per-rank limits), warps, spawn, back and teleport requests
• Kits, AFK detection, nicknames, /rules, /broadcast, announcements and /restartwarn
• Moderation: warn, mute, kick, ban, tempban, IP ban, freeze, jail, vanish, inventory view and a staff log
• Holograms using vanilla text displays
• A Discord bridge (event feed, two-way chat, /link, rank-to-role sync)
• Importing from NeoEssentials, FTB Ranks, FTB Essentials, LuckPerms and TAB
• JSON, YAML, SQLite or MySQL storage

The thing I'm proudest of is features.toml. Every feature and every subcommand has its own on/off switch, and anything you turn off doesn't load at all. If you only want the tab list and ranks, you can have just that.

Installing

1. Put elements_nexus-1.0.0.jar in your mods/ folder (the full jar, not the -slim one).
2. Start the server once so the configs get made.
3. In config/neoforge-server.toml, set permissionHandler = "elements_nexus:permissions".
4. Restart.

Heads up

• MySQL storage works in theory but I haven't had a MySQL server to test it on yet. JSON, YAML and SQLite are tested.
• I'm one person doing this in my spare time, so if something breaks, please open an issue and I'll get to it as soon as I can.
