What's new

- Ported the mod to 1.18.2 version
- Lot of optimisations and code improvements, added MaxiLib as dependency
- Major changes with Cosmic Gem that can now register new powers if other mods use Electrona as dependency!
- Added GameEvents that trigger Skulk Sensor (Energetic Lightning Bolt, Nuclear Explosion, ...)
- Added Deepslate version for all ores, and changed ore repartition according to 1.18 changes with world height
- Added Radioactive Zombie's Head
- Removed all commands, they will be in incoming mod "Not Enough Commands".Technical changes, added TerraBlender as dependency
- Bugfix [ER12] : Duplication issue with the Hammer
