Updated to new Twitch and twitchemotes.com API versions, fixing emotes no longer working (contributed by TheNasbit)
Due to the massive increase of emotes coming from Twitch's affiliate program, channel emotes must now be enabled individiually. This can be done in the config, or by using the command:
/emoticons subscribe <channelName> (e.g. /emoticons subscribe BlayTheNinth)
