Added channel name to twitchnotify messages (channel subscription notifications)

Fixed /me dumping an enormous JSON string into chat.

Fixed potential spam problems related to the relayBroadcasts option.

Fixed IRCChannelChatEvent not being posted (broke Dynmap Compatibility, for example)
