What's new

Initial Effect Horizon client-only 1.21.1 NeoForge beta by RickCode. Held drinkable-potion/current-effect comparison HUD, configurable position and no keybind or automatic consumption. New beta; bugs may remain. Pure comparison/config/layout and packaged isolation checks passed. Basic real HUD new/weaker effects, F1/chat hiding and scales1/Auto3 checked. Broader potion/font/window/modpack testing not exhaustive. No26.3 release yet.
