Additions:
New packet system that has feature parity with the Forge version. Allows server side configs to display on item tool tips, as opposed to client side.
Changes:
Shortens or splits some of the tooltips. It could be broken down more, but at this rate you shouldn't need tooltipfix all the much to read them, so long as you don't play with Auto GUI scale.
Fixes:
Fixes missing tooltips
Fixes tooltips that gave the wrong information based on the current config options
