EEEAB's Mobs: Ascend to Godhood
An addon for EEEAB's Mobs.
EEEAB's bosses are strong, but they fight politely — their kits are built for a one-on-one duel with a player. This mod does one thing: it gives those bosses the absurd, deliberately unfair skills they look like they should already have, then turns them loose on each other.
Two bosses so far.
The Corpse Warlock
-
Blood Rain — levitates, charges, then calls down a crimson ray barrage across a 64-block radius. The downpour outlives the pose.
-
Blood Surge — short-cooldown ground shockwaves, one ring after another.
-
Thousand Eyes — a 32-block blood domain: falling blood balls, burning sigils, and health back for every creature that dies inside.
-
Necromantic Ritual (ultimate) — a blood orb rises 26 blocks, swallows summoned corpses until ten times its size, then drops: void damage, a health cut written straight onto the primary target, and a 24-block crater.
-
Durability gate — 300 health, a hard cap of 20 per hit, invulnerability frames, 50%/80% reduction above/below half health, and 2x/4x outgoing damage.
The Immortal
-
Second stage (finishing what EEEAB shipped) — at half health it draws the netherworld katana. EEEAB made the stage data, the texture and the render layer, and never wrote the code that enters it; this turns on the second half of that fight.
-
Thirteen sword techniques — thrust, slash and cleave, replacing the first stage's boxing. The blade leaves a streak sampled from where it actually went, not a decorative crescent.
-
Berserk — a roar that throws everything clear, a 1.5x phantom behind it, and twelve seconds in which every landed hit carries an extra void strike and a health cut.
-
Lifesteal — drinks half of the damage it actually deals, after armour, with a per-hit ceiling.
-
Damage adaptation, repaired — EEEAB wipes its resistance table every time the boss starts an animation, so the mechanic never gets to appear in a real fight; here it ages out on EEEAB's own fifteen- and sixty-second timers instead.
-
World Slash (ultimate) — both katana crossed and thrown wide, sending a 40-block edge 120 blocks across the arena and ploughing a trench beneath it. Anything at or below 100 health is cut down; anything above loses 100 and half of what remains.
Also
-
Everything is configurable — every switch and every number, from the rain's radius to the World Slash threshold, each with the reasoning written next to it.
-
Creative tab "Ascend to Godhood": a test wooden sword (takes a percentage of max health off everything nearby) and a test stone sword (removes it), for staging mob fights on demand.
-
Commands:
/atgberserk/atgdomain/atgritual/atgworldslash
Requires
-
Minecraft 1.20.1, Forge 47+
-
EEEAB's Mobs — this mod adds no mobs of its own; it only rewrites EEEAB's. It is not bundled in this jar and must be installed separately.
On balance: this mod is unbalanced on purpose. It exists for mob-vs-mob spectacle. If you mean to use it in a normal survival world, read the config first.
License
Released under LGPL-3.0, the same license as EEEAB's Mobs.
This mod links against EEEAB's classes (AnimationSpellAI, DamageAdaptation and others) and patches its bytecode at runtime through Mixin, making it a Combined Work within the meaning of LGPL-3.0 section 4. Source: <TBD>.
