What's new
Echoes of Harmony 3.3.0
Changes since version 3.2.1.
New: Expanse Tank and Pump
- Added the Expanse Tank, a portable single-fluid tank holding up to 2,000,000 buckets.
- Tank contents, its bucket slot and auto-output setting survive breaking and replacing the block.
- Empty or filled buckets work through both the GUI slot and direct block interaction.
- The glass core renders the stored fluid tint and proportional fill level.
- Added the redstone-driven Expanse Pump with a portable 256-bucket buffer.
- Drain mode selects only the nearest connected fluid body and ignores overlapping fluids of other types.
- Lakes are removed from the bottom upward and replaced with dirt to avoid mass fluid updates.
- Fill mode finds the nearest enclosed basin and fills it with source blocks from the bottom upward.
- Adjacent tanks are filled while draining and used as the source while filling.
- The pump GUI can show the complete selected volume as fluid-coloured ghost blocks.
- Pump range and blocks moved per tick are configurable.
New ruins and building tools
- Added the Castle Stone with a large ruined castle, dry moat, gatehouse, six-storey keep, copper roofs, clock tower, chapel, smithy and cursed three-level dungeon.
- Added the Observatory Stone with a tall deepslate, calcite, copper and amethyst tower around an open central shaft.
- Added the Measuring Tape to pin a placement origin and direction, walk around a fixed preview, or outline a custom box.
- Structure previews now show a translucent ghost of the complete building.
Structure placement improvements
- The abbey, castle and observatory now grade rough terrain into a walkable apron.
- Foundations extend down to the real ground instead of hanging in the air.
- Tall vegetation and overhanging blocks are cleared from the actual build volume.
- Ruin damage is seeded from the placement location, so repeated structures weather differently.
- The abbey received supported gable roofs, improved lighting and vaulted crypt detailing.
Avalonia improvements
- Added weighted Ender Pearl Ore generation to Avalonia's mixed ore selection.
- The Compass of Passage now chooses a random safe arrival within 4,096 blocks instead of reusing matching Overworld coordinates.
- Avalonia now grants its own dimension-wide mobility, protection, flight, underwater and Fortune-style benefits.
- Dirt paths grant an additional movement boost.
- Hostile and otherwise non-peaceful mobs are rejected across more spawn and entity-entry paths.
Technical
- Uses NeoForge's current transactional fluid transfer API for machine automation.
- Keeps the existing
fluidexpansemod id and all previously published item ids. - Minecraft 26.1.2, NeoForge 26.1.2.76 or newer and Java 25.
- Dedicated-server startup reached
Done; the release JAR was verified against both installed pack copies with SHA-256.
Echoes of Harmony remains intentionally and unapologetically overpowered.
