Easy Elevators

• Copper elevator blocks now keep working when oxidized or waxed.
• The elevators now also work when standing on a carpet, slab or other thin block.
• (26.1+) Fixed iron chains not working as an elevator connector.
• (26.1+) Fixed the view direction changing after using an elevator.
