Dynamic Trees TFC

Initial 1.18 release, thanks to EERussianGuy, who joins the project as co-author!

Palm trees look much better in 1.18 but drop seeds very rarely.

DTTFC now applies needed DT config changes by default and adds a config option to not touch the DT configs.
