Enchantments:
-Added new rocket pants enchant
-Tweaked some enchantment rarities
Rutile:
-Block texture changed
Leg Rockets:
-Enchantments relevant to rocket jumps are now applied to the rocket rather than the leggings
Tome:
-Watermelon tourmaline now heals entities near the player
-Onyx projectile now applies effect in an aoe
-Gems not from this mod no longer have an effect with the tome, instead displaying a special message
Onyx Axe:
-Animated textures for both of the axe variants are now smoother
