Dust

Added Spell Trap Blocks, by adding any vanilla pressure plate to a spell recipe it will create a nearly invisible plate that will effect anything that passes through the block space that was clicked on when making the spell.

Also added Absorption, Health Boost, Instant Damage, Instant Health, Luck, Speed, and Unluck to the pool of available effects.
