Durability Cap Extender

Raises minecraft max usable durability from 32767 to 2147483646
While investigating some strange issues with Tinker's Construct material interactions, We discovered that Minecraft really dislikes high durability. Tools with 32767 damage work fine, but any higher the game outright refuses to save it properly. Above 65535 and the item will instantly vanish into thin air. This mod is a simple mixin fix for this issue.
