Train carriages no longer lost when you pause and resume
Pausing a singleplayer game on a moving train — via the Esc menu, reading a book, or an advancement popup — could make the carriages around you disappear and stay gone until you reloaded the world. The train is now held in place across the pause so its carriages survive it.
- The whole train is kept loaded through the pause, then eases back to normal once you've settled back on board.
