Fixes the long outstanding problem of Ocean mobs from DivineRPG spawning 1000's ALL OVER

This mod is a mixin to DivineRPG to fix the crazy issue with ocean mobs spawning mass amounts in the Ocean biomes.

You can configure it as well in the config.
