Fixes an FTB Quests bug that can complete item tasks early by counting matching items directly in the player’s main inventory and hotbar.

What's new
- Fixed an issue where an FTB Quests item task could complete before the player had the required quantity.
- Item tasks now count matching items across the player’s main inventory and hotbar. For a 32-ingot quest, 3 ingots count as 3, and two stacks of 16 satisfy the requirement.
- Existing quest filters and item consumption settings are preserved.
Requires Minecraft 1.20.1, Forge, and FTB Quests 2001.4.22.
