DREADHOLLOW Quest Count Fix

Fixes an FTB Quests bug that can complete item tasks early by counting matching items directly in the player’s main inventory and hotbar.
I made this fix for DREADHOLLOW after a quest that required 32 iron ingots marked itself complete while I was carrying only 3.
When FTB Quests checks an item task, this patch counts matching items directly in the player’s main inventory and hotbar. A stack of 3 iron ingots counts as 3, and two stacks of 16 count as 32. Each quest still uses its original item filters, required quantity, and item consumption settings.
This is an unofficial compatibility patch for FTB Quests 2001.4.22 on Minecraft 1.20.1 with Forge.
