DMZ Revamp Compatibility Update
- Added compatibility with DragonMineZ: Overhaul / DMZ Revamp 2.1.1.
- Fixed startup conflicts between Better Ki Attacks and Revamp's overcharge system.
- Added dedicated Revamp-compatible charge handling instead of competing with the same DragonMineZ charge constants.
- Added Revamp-compatible charge validation for normal Ki techniques.
- Better Ki's existing fast charge behavior below 100% is preserved.
- Better Ki's configured maximum charge remains respected for normal techniques.
- Revamp's own overcharge slowdown above 175% remains active.
- Revamp special techniques keep their own extended charge behavior.
- Damage scaling, charge anchors, config values, technique exclusions and normal non-Revamp behavior were not rebalanced.
- Noea compatibility remains intact.
