Adds various DE items to help with your mid-game and post-end-game without being OP. Fully configurable.
What's new
Added Chaos Liquefier. Chaos Hearts (WIP) and Chaos Shards can be liquefied here semi-safely.
Added Chaos Container. A portable storage solution for Liquefied Chaos (LC). Requires shield boosting modules to create and maintain a shield around this extremely corrupting substance.
Reworked Modular Harness. No longer stores blocks in another DIM and instead simulates the blocks directly on the player. Should be much more compatible with bigger modpacks, though slightly laggier.
Lots of internal refactoring to make code more legible, modular (haha), and run faster.
