Added the Modular Harness.  While it's equipped to your back slot in Curios, hold shift and right-click on a block that contains a tile entity (e.g. a vanilla Furnace, a DE Generator, a vanilla chest, or a Mekanism Enrichment Chamber).  The block will be picked up and placed into your harness.  While it's inside the harness, it will function as if it was placed in the world with the bonus of either pushing or pulling energy to/from the tile entity depending on your settings.  Not only can this be used to move tile entities around, it can also be used to portably power a whole host of machines, such as processing something on the go or generating energy for your tools and armor on the go!  The harness also comes with 2 additional modules; the Draconic and Chaotic Tick Accelerator.  For an energy cost, it will allow you to speed up the machines contained within the harness configurably.
