Added:
Added a semi-stable decorative Chaos Crystal. It must be stabilized before being placed, otherwise it goes poof.

Changed:
Updated the Russian translation thanks to BigEnergy and Bytegm.
Fixed a bug with the Capacitor Supplier. The original function used to transfer energy was not compatible with the way I was using it.
Fixed a bug with baubles. They were being duplicated when equipping them via right-click from the offhand.

Added a Chaotic Bow. You asked for it, here it is. I'm not happy it's here, but since brandon3055 made it official with the 1.16.5 update (Draconic Evolution 3), I've included it in my mod as well.

Changed:
Portable Wired Charger - Recipe was fixed. All recipes used the basic version for its upgrade.
Portable Wired Charger - Basic recipe was updated to fit the new sprites.

Added a Corrupted Dragon Heart.
Added the Corrupted Dragon Heart as a valid item for the Chaos Liquefier.
The Chaos Container can now be used while the player is infused with Chaos to siphon out some of their own chaos.

Changed:
Chaos Liquefier - Reactor Core has been replaced with Corrupted Dragon Heart to make the recipe easier.

Bug fixes:
Draconic Belt of Overloading - Was draining the wrong amount and was severely underpowered due to this.
Portable Wired Charger - Plug now actually appears to plug into the device from the side that you use it from.
Portable Wired Charger - Added full support for offhanding.
Chaos Container - Added much more grace period for anti-cheat checks to allow for things like server restarts.
Chaotic Armor - Added some tolerances for chaos injection. It thought that half the time, the player ran out of shields.
