Doya Free Hand Slot

## 1.1.0 for Minecraft 1.20.1 (Fabric)
 
First release of Doya Free Hand Slot for Minecraft 1.20.1, built for Fabric Loader 0.16 or newer.
  
  - Same features as the 1.21.1 release: reservation policies for all nine hotbar slots, empty-hand-only slots, exact item-ID allow-lists, automatic pickup preference and
  server-authoritative enforcement.
  - Three configurable in-game controls: Toggle mod, Toggle slot and Toggle item. Only Toggle mod is bound by default; bind the other two in Options > Controls.
  - In-game messages follow the game language, with translations for every language Minecraft supports.
  - Reserved slots are marked with a light blue border in the hotbar.
  - Client config lives in `config/doyafreehandslot-client.toml`, the same file and layout as on 1.21.1.
  - Network messages use Fabric identifier channels with the same wire forma 1 new message (ctrl+End) ↓  Fabric 1.20.1 client can join a Forge 1.20.1 server and vice versa.
