What's new

Fixed
- Crash on load for users who received an older 1.0.0 jar: the DoxItemSize API
  (com.doxa.doxcore.api.DoxItemSize), added after the initial 1.0.0 release, was
  missing from that jar, so DoxPartHealth / DoxAmmo / DoxBackpack crashed with
  NoClassDefFoundError. Bumped to 1.0.1 so the jar containing DoxItemSize is
  unambiguous. Please update DoxCore to 1.0.1 (dependents now require it).
