Added fallen trees (oak, birch, spruce).
Added missing biomes for adventuring time advancement (jungle_edge, mushroom_fields_shore, wooded_badlands_plateau).
Changed grass/podzol/snow to not generate in very low depressions as much (ie. riverbeds, smooth lake bottoms, etc).
