Dooglamoo Worlds

Added regular terracotta for ground cover in some dry climates.
Added regular ice for ground cover in some cold climates.
Added config folder for user created json files to control biome mapping, surface blocks, and features.
Added mod api for registering other mods blocks and features for inclusion in Dooglamoo Worlds.
Added Biomes O Plenty compatibility (not finished yet, just added biome mapping and trees so far).
-You need to have bop json files in the config folder, for Biomes O Plenty biomes and features to show up in Dooglamoo Worlds.
-A link to the modpack containing the bop json files will be located in the description.
