Skips the resource reload when a server sends resource packs you already have.
Why
Minecraft stores a server's resource pack under the UUID that the server sends. Many servers make a new UUID on each join. So the game downloads the same pack again and reloads all resources, every time you join.
What it does
- Compares packs by their content hash, not by the UUID. Same packs: no reload.
- Keeps the server's packs loaded when you leave, so a rejoin costs nothing.
- Loads the last server's packs at game start, inside the normal startup load.
- A real change (a pack added, removed, reordered or changed) reloads as normal.
What it does not do
- It does not stop downloads.
- It does not change what the server sees. The game still sends "pack accepted".
- It does not touch your own resource packs.
Side effect
The last server's packs stay applied in the menu and in single-player, until a server sends a different set.
Client-side only. Needs only Fabric Loader.
