DiscordPresence gives you full control over your Discord Rich Presence from inside Minecraft. Set custom text, pick your own images, create per-server profiles, and let the mod automatically switch between them based on what you're doing.

Features:

Per-Server Profiles - Create individual profiles tied to a specific server IP. Join Hypixel and get one look, join another server and get a different one — fully automatic.

26 Live Variables - Pull real game data directly into your status text: {player} {world} {server} {server_ip} {dimension} {biome} {health} {hunger} {armor} {gamemode} {difficulty} {x} {y} {z} {xp_level} {fps} {ping} {weather} {time} {day} {held_item} {version} {online} {max_players} {modcount}

Interactive In-Game Editor - Click directly on the Discord card preview to edit any zone. Large icon, small icon, details text, state text, buttons - all editable by clicking the element you want to change.

Save Your Own Presets - Build a configuration you like, give it a name, and save it. Load it on any profile, on any tab, at any time.

Clickable Buttons - Add up to 2 clickable buttons to your presence. Great for linking a Twitch stream, a server IP, or anything else. (Buttons are visible to others, but not yourself - Discord limitation.)
