Lets you stack dimensions using rifts to create vertically stacked dimensions
What's new
Made upward transitions not require that bedrock be found (only that non-bedrock be found)
Changed the time when the player's position is set to before they are spawned in the world (which should resolve issues with randomly showing up somewhere else)
