Dice Roller

This server-side mod add a command named /dice. Example usage:

Random: /dice 10 random 1 20 - this will generate a random number between 1 and 20. The result will be visible to every players within 10 blocks, to avoid confusions.

Cheat: /dice 100 cheat 35 - this will directly roll the number 35 and show the result to every players within 100 blocks. Be careful! every of these players will know that you cheated.
