DependencySorter.isCyclic StackOverflow Crash Fix

This mod fix a crash within the vanilla code that can happens when other mods put the game into an unexpected situation.

The mod inject a mixin into the DependencySorter.isCyclic method of the vanilla code to prevent a crash that can be caused by other mods.
