# Dethroned
Four ancient rulers have woken in the Nether, each on its own throne in its own biome. Find them, fight them through two phases, and take their crowns.
## The Bosses
### 💀 The Hollow King (Soul Sand Valley)
A colossal wither skeleton, about 7 blocks tall, with charred bones, soul-fire eyes and a broken obsidian crown.
- Slams the ground with a Bone Shockwave and summons Wither Skeleton guards.
- **Phase 2:** soul fire blazes up. Fires Wither Skulls, moves faster, and its hits give Wither II.
- **Drops:** Bonecleaver sword, Hollow Crown Fragment, Nether Star
### 🔥 Cindermaw, the Crimson Tyrant (Crimson Forest)
A huge molten hoglin with glowing magma cracks and burnt-gold tusks.
- Tyrant Charge sends you flying and sets you on fire. Ember Stomp leaves fire on the ground.
- **Phase 2:** the cracks turn white-hot. Fires a fan of fireballs and calls hoglins to fight beside it.
- **Drops:** Tyrant Tusk (Tusk Spear), Molten Hide (fire-resistant leggings)
### 🪨 The Basalt Colossus (Basalt Deltas)
A walking fortress of basalt and blackstone with a lava eye in its chest.
- Pillar Strike raises basalt under your feet. Ground Pound hits everything nearby.
- **Phase 2:** the eye opens. Fires a Magma Beam and takes half damage from arrows.
- **Drops:** Colossus Core (Basalt Hammer), Gilded Blackstone
### 👁 Veilstalker, the Warped Sovereign (Warped Forest) — NEW in 1.1.0
A towering enderman crowned with warped stems.
- Blink Strike teleports behind you and attacks. Warped Spores blind you.
- **Phase 2:** its eyes turn white. Every blink leaves an echo clone behind, and arrows are teleported away. Melee is the only way to win.
- **Drops:** Veil Shard (Veil Pearl), Warped Crown Stem
## Features
- Each boss spawns naturally in its own biome, in about **1 in every 100** monster spawns.
- **Throne Sigils** let you summon each boss on purpose in the Nether.
- Every boss is giant, with its own texture, boss bar, sounds and two-phase fight.
- **Crown of the Dethroned:** a helmet crafted from all four bosses' trophies.
- **Veil Pearl:** a reusable ender pearl that never deals fall damage.
- Advancements: Off With Their Crowns, Kingslayer, and Four Thrones Fallen.
- Boss minions drop no loot and crumble away when their boss dies.
- Configurable: turn natural spawns on or off, change how common bosses are, set each boss's health, and turn minions off.
- Block-changing attacks follow the `mobGriefing` game rule.
