Alex's Mobs: Elephant Pathfinding Fix:

-Fixed elephants rapidly spinning or "dancing" when reaching certain navigation targets.
-Added a safeguard preventing elephants from repeatedly trying to move toward a position they have effectively already reached.
-Improved elephant pathfinding around obstacles by reducing overly large waypoint tolerances.
-Reduced Wandering Trader elephant movement speed for smoother and more natural navigation.
-Improves both regular elephants and Wandering Trader elephants, especially around blocks, machines, chests, and other tight environments.
