removed the chapter hud. in the previous 4.5.0 version, the hud would be displayed incorrectly depending on your HUD size settings. for consistency, and because im lazy, im removing it for now and may or may not add it at a future time. if it causes you issues in the previous version you can;
a) use this one, so no one has the HUD and you can still use the chapter titlescreens

2) have everyone use the same HUD size settings with the previous version
