1.18.2 back-port of version 1.1+1.19.

* Added multi-color stars, with the following options:
    * SINGLE: Single star color, like in previous releases.
    * RANDOM: Randomly generated star colors, i.e. rainbow stars.
    * CUSTOM: Star colors randomly picked from a custom list that you can modify in Mod Menu or in the config file.
* Added 'starBrightness' option. Controls the overall brightness of stars.
* Added moon deadzone option; if toggled, prevents stars from rendering on top of the moon texture.
* Added moon deadzone shape option; controls shape of moon deadzone.
* Added moon deadzone size option: controls size of moon deadzone.
