Allows you to completely change the minecraft splash screen.
Provides many config options, so you can customize the loading screen to your liking.
Needs AutoConfig and Cloth Config to create the config.
Just look at the examples below:
I like how this mod works perfectly with 1.19, yet it still has not been updated. What happened to the creator?
In reply to LoneStar_GamingOfficial:
Yeah, I was in a bit of a motivational low lately with school starting again and I was generally a bit tired of modding, as I have around 20 projects to maintain at the same time.
I took a little break and sorted many things out in real life, so I'm now feeling a lot better generally, which allows me to get back into modding.
I've gone ahead and marked Custom Splash Screen 1.2.0 as compatible with all 1.19 versions.
Good to hear. Thanks.
how do I delete a comment lol
i set an image for the loading screen and there isn't
and if I have to send the screenshot I don't know how to do it
For anyone wondering, this works out-the-box for 1.19 with no issues! Don't even need to edit the *mod.json or anything, drop it in and boom, done.
In reply to coornio:
Sure doesn't work for me.
Well it did here, I don't mean to mislead anyone. Are you getting some sort of error or anything? Context is important.
Nothing specific. But when I launch the game, it puts it in an infinite loop of switching between the main menu and the splash screen.
If so, try my fork later :D
In reply to teddyxlandlee:
I take it that the project was deleted?
I'm tracking moderating progress and they're still reviewing. Sorry for your inconvenience.
Oh. Ok. Thanks.
Yeah, the mods took forever to approve my modpack.
not working for me either, it's not recognizing clothconfig/the dependencies
In reply to TBlazeWarriorT:
Don't know what to tell ya then :P If you only wanted the mod to turn the splash screen dark, there's actually a setting for it in the game itself. Not sure if exposed in the ingame options, but I found it by accident in the options.txt. Turn dark mode to true there.
nah, I use this mod to change the Mojang Studios logo to "Majong Stupids" after some random mo**n reported being able to change the mojang logo as a bug and another mo**n over at Mojunk "fixed" that "bug"
I'm working on an update that improves the mod in general, but because of all the other projects I'm engaged in I haven't found the time to finish it. Consider using my mod Puzzle in the meantime, it allows the usage of OptiFine-format custom splash screen resourcepacks.
how do I remove the loading bar
Just drop in the 1.18 version of the mod?
In reply to Dead_Vortex2785:
That's what I had done before, yes. Nothing special really. I don't much care for this anymore though ever since I discovered that the minecraft options have an option for dark-mode splash screen anyway, that's what I previously used this mod for and that pretty much annulled my need for it :P
