This license governs use of the accompanying software ("the Mod"). By using,
copying, distributing, or modifying the Mod, you accept this license. If you do
not accept it, you may not use the Mod.

1. DEFINITIONS

"You" means the individual or entity exercising rights under this license.

"Author" means kasch_x (also known as DLB), the copyright holder.

"Non-Commercial" means not primarily intended for or directed toward commercial
advantage or monetary compensation. Selling the Mod, charging for access to it,
placing it behind a paywall, or monetizing its download (for example through paid
downloads, ad-gated links, or subscription services that include the Mod) is
NOT Non-Commercial.

"Modpack" means a curated collection of multiple mods distributed together for
use with Minecraft.

"Attribution" means clearly crediting the Author by name and providing a link to
the Author's original distribution page for the Mod, where practical.

2. GRANT OF RIGHTS

Subject to the conditions and restrictions below, the Author grants You a
worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to:

(a) USE the Mod for any Non-Commercial purpose, privately or publicly;

(b) REDISTRIBUTE the Mod, unmodified and in its original packaged form, only as
    part of a Modpack, provided the distribution is Non-Commercial and includes
    Attribution. Redistributing the Mod on its own as a stand-alone re-upload
    (outside of a Modpack) is NOT permitted without the Author's prior written
    permission;

(c) MODIFY the Mod and publish the modified version ("a Fork"), provided the
    Fork is Non-Commercial, includes Attribution, prominently states that it has
    been modified and is not the original, and is itself licensed under these
    same terms.

3. RESTRICTIONS

(a) NO COMMERCIAL USE. You may not sell the Mod or any Fork, charge for it, or
    use it or any Fork for commercial advantage or monetary compensation.

(b) NO PAID OR AD-GATED DISTRIBUTION. You may not distribute the Mod or a Fork
    through paid downloads, ad-gated or link-shortener monetization, or any
    service that derives revenue from the download of the Mod.

(c) NO STAND-ALONE RE-UPLOAD. Except as allowed in Section 2(b) and 2(c), You
    may not re-host or re-upload the Mod without the Author's prior written
    permission.

(d) NO REMOVAL OF NOTICES. You may not remove or obscure this license, the
    copyright notice, or Author attribution.

The Author may grant exceptions to any restriction in writing.

4. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS

The Mod may bundle third-party libraries that remain under their own licenses
(for example, Byte Buddy under the Apache License 2.0). This license does not
apply to those components; their respective licenses govern them.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

THE MOD IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE
FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT,
TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE MOD OR THE
USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE MOD.

6. TERMINATION

Any breach of this license automatically terminates the rights granted to You
under Section 2. Upon termination You must cease distribution of the Mod.
