CursorFX

CursorFX is a client-side visual mod for Fabric 1.21.1 focused on making the Minecraft cursor feel sharper, more stylish, and more readable during gameplay and menu interaction.

Instead of only recoloring the pointer, the mod gives each preset its own visual identity across multiple layers:

Virtual cursor shape
Click pulse feedback
Left and right click ripples
Motion trail behavior

The result is a cursor system that feels more like a complete UI effect package than a simple texture swap.

Features

Preset-driven cursor styles

Savaru CursorFX includes multiple built-in visual presets, each with its own motion language and click feedback style.

Current presets include:

Cyber Neon
Prism Pulse
Crimson Circuit
Aether Grid
Ancient Myth

The Ancient Myth preset uses a slanted, symmetric ARPG-style pointer silhouette with themed inner accents, giving it a more relic-like fantasy look without losing readability.

Animated click feedback

Both mouse buttons can produce distinct feedback effects:

Left click uses a brighter, tighter, more aggressive response
Right click uses a softer, offset, more segmented wave

This helps clicks feel more noticeable without covering too much of the screen.

Motion trails

Cursor movement can leave behind animated trail effects with separate tuning for:

Base movement trail
Left-click boosted trail behavior
Right-click shifted trail behavior

This allows the cursor to feel more alive while still staying readable.

Virtual cursor rendering

The mod can render its own styled cursor in both:

HUD/gameplay contexts
GUI/menu contexts

Native cursor hiding and virtual cursor rendering are configurable separately, so you can fine-tune how the cursor behaves depending on where you are in the game.

Configurable in-game

Savaru CursorFX includes:

Mod Menu integration
A scrollable multi-page config screen
Direct numeric tuning for visual behavior

You can configure things like:

Cursor scale
Pulse timing
Ripple size and speed
Trail intensity
General motion behavior
Separate left/right click response

Optional compatibility

Savaru CursorFX includes a soft integration bridge for Savaru HitFeedback.
When both mods are installed, hit markers can optionally use the shared cursor position for cleaner visual coordination.
