CursorFX

CursorFX is a client-side Fabric mod for Minecraft 1.21.1 that replaces the default pointer feel with animated cursor presets, click ripples, motion trails, and a configurable virtual cursor for both HUD and UI screens.

  • Fixed an issue where the custom in-game cursor could disappear on inventory and other vanilla container screens after raising the screen overlay Z layer.
  • Improved screen-layer rendering so the cursor stays visible above FTB Quests sub-task panels and similar modal GUI overlays.
  • Split HUD and screen cursor depth handling for better compatibility across vanilla and modded interfaces.
  • Overall UI cursor visibility is now more consistent across containers, quest screens, and other interactive menus.
