Cursed Fate: Poisonous Blood

Adds configurable poisonous blood and better RCT for Blood Manipulation users

Client and server addon for Cursed Fate, expanding the Death Painting Cursed Accessory for Blood Manipulation users.

When a Blood Manipulation user with Death Painting lands an Innate ability, enemies receive Blood Toxin, which damages and slows them down. 

Death Painting also improves RCT control for BM users by slowing the bar buildup for all three modes.

Includes /poisonousblood for an in-game balancing GUI :)
