A rework for Cursed Fate's Blood Manipulation, built around a new blood orb system. Thank you to Wenis (mildew_moist) for suggesting, drafting, and testing this moveset, as well as for creating the VFX for the secret move.
Ability Changes
Convergence and Supernova have swapped slots. Convergence is Ab3, Supernova is Ab4.
All reworked abilities include updated descriptions in the M menu
Convergence
Hold to create blood orbs. These orbs can be spent or stored to enhance yourr other abilities.
Supernova
- Base: Detonate every stored orb, damaging and stunning nearby targets.
- Chant: Send your orbs toward a target and bind them.
- Flow: Consume one orb to heal yourself
Enhanced Moves
- Blood Rain: Bigger and better with an actual windup, opening animation, heavier rainfall, and blood that progressively covers the terrain, etc. Use it with three orbs to create a stronger explosion. Might have a special interaction with water...
- Piercing Blood: Use it with five orbs and Flowing Red Scale on for more damage and a larger attack, at the cost of its stun.
- Blood Edge: A secret technique for homing blood slashes. Hint: feint Piercing Blood with enough orbs, then chant another move.
Blood Orbs
- Orbs expire after two minutes.
- Blood Meteor can use stored orbs for additional charges.
- Stored orbs reduce Slicing Exorcisms cooldown.
- Piercing Blood can be feinted.
- Blood moves cannot be used underwater.
- Splash Potions of Water clear your stored orbs.
Blood Manipulation users with Death Painting also gain poisonous blood and improved RCT.
