Cursed Fate: Addon Icons Fix

Clientside fix for addon CT icons switching to other icons or turning blank in multiplayer

Very simple clientside mod to fix Cursed Fate addon CT icons conflicting.

This should fix both:

1. Addon CTs switching icons with other addon CTs, and 
2. Addon CTs turning base CT icons blank.
