Create automation for Cultural Delights, now built for three loaders from one release.

Create, Cultural Delights, Farmer's Delight and Delightful Creators all stay optional: every recipe carries a load condition and simply stays dormant when the mod it needs is absent.

Note that the 1.21.1 build targets Create 6.0, whose recipe format differs from 0.5.1 — the 1.20.1 builds are not interchangeable with it.

Recipe fixes. Six convention tags referenced by the sequenced assembly steps were populated by nothing in the dependency set — c:cooked_beef, c:cooked_chicken, c:cooked_mutton, c:cooked_pork, c:cooked_fishes and c:bread. Farmer's Delight ships them as c:foods/cooked_meats/*, c:foods/cooked_fishes and c:foods/breads, so those recipes could never be satisfied. chicken_taco and fried_eggplant_pasta consume items from Delightful Creators without listing it among their load conditions.

Ports. Forge 1.20.1 and NeoForge 1.21.1 builds, each with the fluid rebuilt on that platform's own API — FluidType plus flowing fluid subclasses through DeferredRegister, and fog handled by client extensions instead of a mixin, so neither build needs mixins at all.

Translations. Chinese added, Russian aligned with the wording Create, Farmer's Delight and Cultural Delights already use.

Toolchain. Gradle 8.12, Loom 1.10.5, Fabric Loader 0.16.14, Fabric API 0.92.11 on the Fabric build; ModDevGradle on both other builds. The dev workspace of every branch now pulls in Create, Cultural Delights, JEI and Farmer's Delight, with JEI and Farmer's Delight confined to the development runs.
