v2.0.1: experience bar no longer vanishes when there is nobody to show

A bugfix release. On servers that send CrowBar player positions, the experience bar could disappear and leave an empty gap above the hotbar whenever there were no players to show. Fake markers from /crowbar fake also now work on servers that run Allium.

Fixed

Experience bar missing when no players are on the bar

• On Minecraft 1.21.6 and newer, servers running Allium, the CrowBar server plugin or Player Locator Plus could leave the space between the hearts and the hotbar completely empty: no locator bar and no experience bar, only the level number.
  • When a server sends player positions, CrowBar takes the locator bar over from vanilla. Vanilla still chooses to show the locator bar instead of the experience bar whenever the server has sent any waypoint at all. If every one of those waypoints was one CrowBar hides, such as claim markers or players the server leaves out, and CrowBar had no players of its own to draw, nothing was drawn in that space.
  • CrowBar now gives the space back to the experience bar in that case, or to the mount's jump bar while riding a horse or similar. The locator bar returns as soon as there is a player or claim to show.

Fake markers with Allium

• /crowbar fake now works on servers where the plugin defers to Allium (player-locator.defer-to-allium: true, the default). Before, the command refused to run there.
• Fake markers arrive separately from real player positions, so Allium's updates and fake markers no longer erase each other on the client.
• /crowbar fake clear, a plugin reload, or losing crowbar.locator now removes fake markers right away instead of at the next update.
• A Player Locator Plus server resending everyone no longer removes fake markers.
• Fake markers alongside Allium need CrowBar 2.0.1 on both the server and the client.

Affected Builds

• The empty-gap fix is in every Minecraft 1.21.6-26.3 jar, Fabric and NeoForge. The 1.21-1.21.5 jars draw their markers over the experience bar and never hid it; they are rebuilt at 2.0.1 so every listing stays on one version.
• The fake marker changes are in the server plugin, which every jar carries, and in every client jar.

Technical Changes

• Building CrowBar from source works again on machines where a Gradle init script adds mavenLocal() to every project, which made the common module ignore the repositories in settings.gradle.

Testing

• Reproduced the empty gap on Minecraft 1.21.8 (Fabric) with a server sending player positions and a waypoint CrowBar does not draw, then confirmed the experience bar, with its progress, now shows in its place once the usual experience-gain window has passed.
• Checked that the method CrowBar hooks to make that choice exists on every Minecraft version each 1.21.6-26.3 jar supports.
• All 102 common and plugin tests pass, including repeated Allium updates alongside fake markers, clearing them, world changes and losing permission. All sixteen jars build.
