Adds a 2x2 crafting grid to the creative inventory.
This mod is client-side and works on vanilla servers.

Fun fact: When you're in creative mode, vanilla Minecraft moves the crafting grid far away and off the screen. This mod just moves it back and changes the creative inventory texture.
