Pour lava and water on a trial key to lavacast it. While the cast is brittle and likely to break at first, once created it can be used forever!
Casted keys can be filled using Tuff and Copper. Make sure to finish it off with a press!
Vaults can now be opened regardless of a nearby player, allowing for deployers to open them remotely!!
