sounds, writing, designs, and other original assets are owned by Hxney unless
otherwise stated.

## Permitted Use

You may:

- Download and use official releases for personal gameplay.
- Include the mod in a modpack, provided the mod is obtained from an official
  Create: Sulfuric Resonance page on Modrinth or CurseForge.
- Create videos, screenshots, streams, reviews, and tutorials featuring the mod.

## Prohibited Use

You may not, without explicit prior written permission:

- Re-upload or redistribute the mod or its files.
- Publish modified builds, forks, ports, or unofficial versions.
- Claim the mod or any portion of it as your own work.
- Reuse or redistribute its original textures, models, sounds, code, writing,
  branding, or other assets.
- Sell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the mod.
- Impersonate the project or its developer.
- Bundle the mod directly inside another download instead of linking to an
  official distribution page.

This license applies only to original material created for
Create: Sulfuric Resonance.

Create, Minecraft, NeoForge, JEI, and other third-party projects remain the
property of their respective owners and are governed by their own licenses.

Create: Sulfuric Resonance is an unofficial addon and is not affiliated with or
endorsed by Mojang Studios, Microsoft, NeoForged, or the Creators of Create.

## Official Distribution

Official releases are distributed only through pages controlled by Hxney,
including the official Modrinth, CurseForge, and source repository pages.

Any other download or redistribution is unauthorized unless explicitly approved
in writing by Hxney.
