Progression hotfix:
Fixed a progression lock where the Molten Rotor Furnace required Flameborne Core while Flameborne Core required sulfur from the furnace progression.
Flameborne Core now uses Reinforced Cinder Compound instead of sulfur.
Added conditional loading for the saltpeter compatibility recipe so it remains hidden until a compatible saltpeter tag is present.
