GenericOreBlockores.- Preserves normal Pixelmon ore XP behavior.
- Preserves Silk Touch XP behavior for player mining.
- Supports stationary Mechanical Drills and automated Create mining.
- Successfully tested loading an already-affected world and allowing the existing drill to continue without manual world editing.
- No configuration required.
Tested with Minecraft 1.21.1, NeoForge 21.1.250, Pixelmon 9.3.16, and Create 6.0.10.
