brackets can extend network length, but they must be able to draw a path to the heightmap ground (ground check can be disabled for skyblock packs)
brackets also have to be a certain length apart to prevent cogging
machines now have a RPM and SU floor before they stop working, so you can no longer make a fan push 3 blocks out with 10e-300 RPM and 0.2 SU
recipes now have a RPM floor and ceiling as well as use extra SU while processing.
currently CMM and custom tiers doesn't work with these processes, that'll be pushed in a bit.
There's also compat with petrol's parts now.
